4. After-sales and compensation policy

We currently do not support unconditional returns and exchanges. But we promise:

• If the product is damaged, lost or has serious quality problems during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours after signing for it. We will reissue you a new product free of charge or properly handle the compensation.
• Clear photos/videos are required as evidence for the after-sales processing process so that we can quickly judge and handle it.
